This is literally my favorite app ever! (Flappy bird is a close second though :) It's called Mongrams and it's $2 but totally worth it. There's also a lite version that's free, but not as good. It looks like this:
The monogram I used below is also $1 extra, but it's not only this one, there's about 15 more that you get.
I know it's on the App Store for both iPad and iPhone but I'm not sure about Androids. I hope that you get it and enjoy it!
